My Story...

As a holistic nutritionist, fitness, health AND life coach, I know how hard it can be to take your passion to help others and be able to support yourself (much less create your own dream life!) You go to a business coach to help you with strategy but have no idea how to help you when you get stuck mentally & emotionally with what to do. Then you go see a life/mindset coach to help you move past your blocks but they know nothing about business so can’t help you grow.

You are left spinning your wheels, plagued with self-doubt, and taking no action.

But after building 2 multi-million dollar health coaching businesses and then getting certified as a life & mindset coach, there are only 2 problems you have in your business: a skill (method) gap or a mindset gap. PERIOD

I know when you learn the math, method & mindset to uplevel your business, it is like adding gasoline to your fire. You get happier & more confident. You take massive action without fear and your business gets bigger. Your life will change in more ways than just your bank account. And your business doubles.

Now, I teach ambitious health coaches how to take massive action to double their business without doubling their mind drama so they can create mind-blowing results in a way that feels authentic & sustainable and have a life & business they truly love.

But it wasn’t always like that…

How did I double my business in one year?

When I first started my business, I was just like you. I loved the idea of helping other women get healthy. I loved business and having something of my own that I created. And I loved the idea of making my own hours and having a flexible schedule.

Already having a Business Degree in Marketing, I took my passion for health and became a certified fitness instructor & holistic nutritionist and started a coaching business.

Over the years, I worked my butt off.

Launching in-person programs, growing to multiple locations across the country, winning awards like Top 100 Health Leaders & The Stevie Award for Health Business of the Year , hosting a TV Show, mentoring aspiring health coaches, and eventually transitioning into an online academy helping other women get certified as fitness & holistic nutrition coaches and launch their own businesses.

And I was good at it.

Each business has generated multiple million-dollar businesses (online and in-person) over the years.

But here’s the truth: I started to resent my business

That Year, We Generated $480k.

On the outside, I looked confident, happy, and productive. People thought I was “successful”

On the inside, I was overwhelmed, burnt out, and plagued with constant self-doubt.

Here is what that looked like while working 24/7.

I was burnt out, resenting my life, and feeling like a failure all the time:

I hustled hard and my days were filled with learning every new marketing strategy, constantly creating new offers and dreading doing social media
I was the best “student” - implementing every new platform, funnel, lead magnet or tech to grow my business which led to a ton of overwhelm and little results
Launching stressed me out and I would beat myself up for not doing it better (even when it was great!)
I was so driven to succeed and prove myself, I was running myself ragged
I thought I just needed to work more and if I had more time, resources, help and money, it would be easier
Even though I was doing all the things, I always felt like thought I “should” be doing better ( ie revenue, more social media following, more results)
And I went to bed each night scrolling through social media, comparing myself - never feeling good enough and like my goals were for someone else - not me
And here is the kicker…at the end of that year, my revenue and growth was the SAME year over year no matter how much I worked or what new marketing strategy / tactic / coach I hired!

The Next Year, We Doubled The Business to $975k.

And I did it in a way that felt real and true to me, and it was only just the beginning.

Here is how I was able to double my business WITHOUT doubling my workload or stress:

I stopped looking for another strategy or tech and invested my resources into a life coach working on the most important asset in my business : me
I shifted the limiting beliefs that were holding me back and allowed me to show up as the authentic fierce entrepreneur I am meant to be without fear
I found out what my superpower really is and what I can let go off that isn’t driving me forward
I made changes in my business that allowed me to increase my impact while reducing the amount of time I worked
I started working less while taking the focused result changing action that felt good and aligned
I created bigger opportunities while having fun

I also knew this was the secret sauce that every health coach needs to achieve her business goals in a way that feels authentic and fun without following the latest marketing trend or learning another strategy.

In addition to being a top business coach, I also became a certified life coach so I could help women like you with exactly what you need to succeed.
